Moving News

This news can be shocking for the women. Sweat plugs the leaks. What is it? It seems women who exercise on a regular basis are less likely to develop urinary incontinence. Tracking the exercise habit of over 30000 women, it was found that in those who habitually exercised the equivalent of about one hour a day, the risk of developing urinary incontinence was 20% to 25% lower than among the least active women. They theorize that the results are due to the fact that exercise may help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which help support proper bladder function.Although maintaining a healthy weight helps reduce the risk of urinary incontinence,it was found that what mattered most was the amount of exercise not your weight. So beware of it.
