Cholestrol lowers chips
A couch potato's dream has come true. A company called cora zonas foods is catering to fight of fancy with its heart healthy line of potato and tortilla chips. A 30 gram serving contains about 0.4gms of cholestrol lowering plant sterols. That means you would need to eat two servings of the chips a day, every day, to lower cholestrol. You can tell it as a high calorie way to achieve the goal. We think the chips are more likely to make a person feel less guilty about eating chips than they are to put a real dent in his cholestrol level. With new items available in the market to reduce the cholestrol level, it is a welcome change for people who have stopped eating chips.
