If you dont have a pouty mouth, you can always fake one. Many make up experts suggests that you can enhance your lips with a lip plumper before applying lipstick. Choose lipsticks that are glossy and dark. You can highlight the pout by dabbing some gold or silver on the center of the lips. If you are a chronic lipstick eater, you can prep your lips with a lip balm. You can then colour the outer corner of the mouth with a lip liner half a shade darker than your lipstick hue and then apply the lipstick on your lips. You can now colour your lips with the liner. End the coat with another coat of lipstick. Dab the lip gloss on the center of the mouth. Finish with concealer around your lps for a neat outline.
