Heavy problems
It is always better for women to be slim as they can face serious problems if they are obese.The main reason why women should maintain a healthy weight is that the more body fat they have, the more likely they are to have hot flashes and night sweats during menopause according to a study of middle aged women. Though it used to be thought that fat which produces some estrogen, protects against such symptoms, growing evidence suggests that excess fat may make it harder for the body to dissipate heart. Losing weight specifically body fat rather than lean mass may help lessen hot flashes and night sweating, the researchers suggested.
