Pain is worth the gain

If you have foresight during the middle age to exercise, try eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink alcohol in moderation and not smoke, you may have added to 14 years to your life. It has been put in journal that British researchers have showed that people who did not do any of these four had the same chance of dying over a decade long follow up period as those 14 years older who did all of them. Much of the gain came from a reduction in deaths from cardiovascular disease. A small price for an extra 14 years is what you gain ultimately. You can take this lesson home that even if middle age is behind you, doing any or all of these can help you live better and may be longer.
