Sting operation
Does your skin burn when you apply moisturizer after you shave? Watch it!! Your freshly shaven body part may look smooth, but most likely they are covered with tiny cuts that are not visible to the naked eye. Shaving also exfoliates the top layer of skin and can chafe small bumps. If you use a moisturizer loaded with alpha hydroxyl acids and added fragrances, you are simply aggravating an already irritable situation. The best way to avoid the sting is to get a super clean shave. Lather up with a foam like Gillete’s satin care. Always use a sharp razor with a band of rubber across the top of the blade to act as a buffer and above all go slow. When you are done, slather on a lotion full of botanical oils.
