Gizmos keep coming in and they are very handy and effective. People would buy them of at any cost if they find it to be useful. A new gizmo called the accelerometer may sound like something superheroes use to battle the bad guys. But it is the latest fitness gadget that is popping up at sporting goods stores and as well as in the web. The versions of the gizmo can track your movements in every direction and it can forward, backward,up and down or side to side. It can measure how intense they are and how many calories are burnt. Chewing Gums

You would like to put a chewing gum in your mouth and burst a bubble. Its really fun doing so. Lets see some facts about it. Its true that digestive enzymes dont break down gum resin which is a main ingredient of bubble gum. But if you accidently swallow the stuff, rest assured that it wont be a long term relationship. The gum should work its way though your system at the same rate everything else does between 24 and 72 hours. Chewing gum lingers in stomach for 7 years. It probably started as a white lie parents told their kids to keep them from swallowing gum. Truth is,chewing gum can actually be good for you. It increases saliva you produce, which can ease heartburn after you eat, and if it contains xylitol, a sugar substitute,it can fight off bacteria that can cause tooth decay. Trying to cut your calories? It sure is hard to snack when you are chewing away on a piece of sugarless gum.
